The firm is managed by our founder and CEO, Steven Glicksman, FCAS, MAAA. His

expertise includes risk tolerance, pricing, reserving, auditing and reinsurance retention levels and capitalization across commercial and property lines. Mr. Glicksman's career reaches back more than 25 years and is comprised of extensive actuarial consulting management and technical experience, including many years as a national practice leader for a big four global consulting company.



Mr. Glicksman is well known for his excellent ability to present relevant, yet sometimes complex statistical data in a manner that is clear and concise, thus easy to understand. Clients consider Glicksman Consulting to be a valuable ally in assisting them to comprehend and develop strategies that meet their business goals.

Unlike many large actuarial firms, our work is performed and lead personally by experienced fellows of the Casualty Actuarial Society. We are able to provide this high level of quality, personalized service at a significant cost savings because we do not operate as a top-heavy organization, nor do we delegate work to non-accredited staff.
